DepthWorks Psychiatry™ is based in Virginia’s Tidewater region.
At this time, I am licensed to see clients residing in Virginia or present in Virginia at the time of their session.
All appointments are currently held via secure video to ensure flexibility, privacy, and access across the state.
My is a private, fee-for-service practice offering integrative, narrative-based psychiatric care.
My work blends evidence-based medicine with reflective dialogue, visual expression, and cultural depth.
I do not accept insurance or negotiate directly with insurance companies.
However, I do provide superbills that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
(Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan. Sliding-scale or discounted rates are not available.)
To meet clients where they are in their healing journey, I offer an integrative, narrative-based approach to psychiatric care.
Each appointment blends evidence-based treatment with meaningful reflection—honoring your story, culture, and goals.
🟡 Depth Evaluation — 90 Minutes
Fee: $495
Goal: To understand your full story—emotionally, physically, and culturally—and design a treatment plan that meets you where you are and honors where you’re headed.
What’s Included:
Comprehensive psychiatric and integrative health assessment
Review of medical history, lifestyle, and emotional patterns
Narrative therapy exploration to begin understanding your self-story
Optional introductory use of phototherapy or visual reflection
Medication recommendations (if appropriate)
Personalized treatment planning (therapy, medication, rituals, labs)
Optional referrals for basic or genomic testing if clinically indicated
🟡 Integrative Follow-Up — 50 Minutes
Fee: $395
Goal: To support your continued healing through therapy, integrative guidance, and medication management when appropriate.
What’s Included (tailored to you):
Psychotherapy (traditional or narrative-based)
Medication management and clinical check-in
Visual and photo-based therapeutic tools
Parent coaching or family system support
Collaborative development of rituals or reflection practices
Lifestyle and stress management rooted in real-life application
🟡 Medication Management — 25 Minutes
Fee: $295
Goal: To ensure your medication continues to support your wellbeing—aligned with your holistic and cultural context.
What’s Included:
Medication progress review and dose adjustments if needed
Side effect monitoring and wellness tracking
Brief reflection on journaling, rituals, or visual practices (optional)
Refinement of your integrative care plan
Optional Enhancements (when clinically indicated)
Genomic Testing (via Genomind) — billed to lab; review fee $150
Basic Lab Work (via Quest/LabCorp) — billed to insurance; review fee $75
Functional Testing (gut, hormone, nutritional) — by request for integrative clients
Clinical coordination between sessions (letters, phone calls, forms, etc.) is billed at $75 per 10 minutes.
